Job Start to Completion
Your installation will be completed by a trained professional.
All of our installers are insured by workmen's compensation. Our installers are professional. Before being hired our installers are subject to background check and drug test. Our installers wear a uniform supplied by our company and are easily identified when at your job site. Our trucks are marked with our company name. Our installers work a 4 -day work week. By working a 4- Day work week this allows a full 9 hours at the job site allowing for the most work output. Your installer will keep you aware of their progress on your project. It will not be necessary for you to be at home while they are working except on the day of the electrical connection. Nearing completion of the project the Lead Installer will make an appointment with you for a final walk through. This walk through is scheduled to allow you a chance to go over the project with the installer first hand and make any necessary adjustments.
At completion there will be a Completion Certificate you complete with the installer. This form allows you to let the company know what you thought about the way we handled your project. At the bottom of this certificate in which you receive a copy is a lien waiver. This lien waiver is for your records and is a waiver of lien that all material has been or will be paid within 30 days.
You will receive a warranty in approximately 10 days from completion of the project. The warranty you receive will cover the material. Your labor warranty is part of the original agreement. Should there be a need for service you may contact our company for appointment. We normally run service on Saturdays for the convenience of our customers.
