Joan of Marietta contacted us in May about ideas to change her existing gable patio into a more year round enclosure. Ida, the design consultant suggested she add a conservatory, to give the area a "Wow" factor as the room was to be used as a focal point. It was not just an ordinary addition as space was not needed for this large home. We also enlarged her existing rock patio, installed a see-thru fireplace with mantle, and a mini-split unit for heating and cooling. There was also an aluminum handrail added to the extended porch. As you can see from the picture the "wow" factor was achieved, and we transformed this ordinary space into and extraordinary enclosure.
